Earth, Wind & Flies

We drive to a 'free stop', on the Murchison River. Luckily, we did not choose the 'designated camping area' as you can see here, but instead, drove down a dirt road a km away......

....to stay here!!!!

This section of Western Australia is positively brimming with wildflowers. Yellow, purple, white and blue flowers grace every patch of available ground. It's impossible not to feel inspired to paint!!!! Unfortunately, the wind and flies are uncontrollable; so any time spent outdoors must be in our Flytent; where we are safe from buzzing pests and an annoying swirling wind. So pick some flowers, chuck them in a glass; pour yourself a drink; and start painting! (just don't dunk your paint brush into the wrong glass!!!!!)
