Geraldton is fantastic!
Here are some of the attractions we have enjoyed so far....
Geraldton Regional Art Gallery (photographic portraiture exhibition on at the moment)
HMAS Sydney II War Memorial (sits atop the highest hill in town and overlooks houses and the ocean)
West Australia Museum - Geraldton branch (shipwrecks!)
St Francis Xavier Cathedral (there was a lot of chanting going on, when we popped in... reminiscent of the druids of Monty Python's Holy Grail)
Farmers Market (fresh veges, jams and preserves, and the biggest $5 bacon/egg/sausage/onion roll you ever saw)
And as I type this, Jase is off enjoying some fishing off the rocks.
And tomorrow we are visiting the Greenough Historical Town and also the Geraldton Pioneer Museum. So much to see.....
