The 7km Kings Canyon 'rim walk' is the best walk we've ever done, really truly-ruly. To walk atop this marvel of nature will have you shaking your head in disbelief. You think Uluru is beautfiul and incredible on a grand scale? Wait till you visit Kings Cayon...
At every turn you will be gobsmacked. At Mt Remarkable we walked 8km to see a small gorge. Kings Canyon, however, is all gorge.

Yeah, love the photos! The fly vale is such a fashion statement isn't it? Can't wait for winter when the flies all die off, bring on the cooler months!!

A white gumtree against a red stony mountain is classic Albert Namatjira. The great artist was born in the Arunta tribe in Hermannsberg in NT. In my Australian artists book he's represented by a watercolour painting of Glen Helen landscape!
